Chalet:

It’s not a shed, but a premade chalet of wood that is milled and hewed at North Range Forest Products just a short distance from the Manzer property. The engineered design surpasses building code and the wiring is electrician inspected and approved to code.

The building is designed to be open concept with a closet that can be used as a WC (Water Closet aka Washroom) or for storage. There is a kitchen counter with an installed bar sink, all plumbed and ready for water hook up. Light fixtures and electrical outlets installed to code. The building is complete with a steel front door, vinyl windows and steel roof.
